• You must not enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.

All templates, designs, and software powering TeluguBiodata.in are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission. The biodata you create using your own personal information remains your property.

5. Payments & Refunds

Certain download formats (PDF, Word, editable image) require a one-time payment processed securely via Razorpay. All payments are final. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases where the downloaded file is clearly defective or undeliverable due to a technical error on our part. 6. Limitation of Liability

TeluguBiodata.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in biodata content, data loss, or technical failures.

TeluguBiodata.in is a biodata creation tool only. We are not a matrimonial agency, matchmaking service, or dating platform. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any relationship outcomes resulting from the use of biodatas created on our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
